The first day I met Amanda for the two condo showings in Lusby, Md., I was pleasantly surprised by her bright personality. She is an on time person, upbeat and warm. Amanda read me well as she observed my reactions to the differences in the two waterfront condos she showed me that day. Mainly, the one condo had a community beach that I can walk to and watch Sun rises and Sun sets! When we left the second showing Amanda shared that she saw how instantly I fell in love with that first condo. And so, I trusted my heart and made a same day offer for that dream— the costal home I now have today! Amanda has the ability to envision and personify the dream of those particularly desiring to live in a waterfront community. That is not just an innate knack of hers, it’s her passion… Yes! A passion for making people happy! How does one come by such a heavenly gift? Well… I believe it begins by listening!! And that is exactly what Amanda does, she’s a listener from the heart! I love how she navigated me over the mounts of signing documents. Like a well oiled machine, she makes the process go with ease. Best of all, I most appreciate and enjoy her hometown friendship! What to say about Amanda? That's easy. This woman will search high & lo for you. She responds to your silliest questions to your most nervous serious questions in a matter of minutes, hell, sometimes even before you set your phone down after re-reading what you sent. I believe in the months that she was my realtor, I got her vm once, but seconds later she txt saying, sorry, on the phone, will call you when I'm done. And she did. She makes you feel like you are her only client!! She's just a breath of fresh air honestly. She has great energy!! You can't go wrong with Amanda as your realtor. As you can tell by now, I recommend her!! Weather you're buying, selling, flipping, building or renting. I'll be reaching out again when I'm ready for my forever home.
